I thought this was a desktop version as well as a Palm version. No such luck. I do not have Palm so am unable to test this.

I was not overly impressed with the Desktop BFL and am just not ready to load this on my Pocket PC. Since the Desktop version could use some serious upgrading, I am sure that this one could too.

Grocery List Most of what I have tried seems to be fine, but when I put a grocery list and then tell it to consolidate the items that are the same it does something weird with the amounts. It adds 1 lb and 1 lb to be 1.999999 and other weird stuff. Like 1 tsp and 1 tsp becomes .04cups. I don't remember if these are the exact measurements but very similar. This problem needs to be fixed!

Just Like Many Others I was looking specifically for software that would do certain nutrient calculations for each recipe. Unfortunately, this one did not meet my requirements. The program was fairly easy to navigate however, and the user-interface worked very well without having to refere to the user manual.

Downloaded app didn`t run I couldn't run the app. Got an error saying it wasn't a valid application. So... not so useful...

This would be really awesome if it were updated. It is pretty old and it shows it. Rather simple, but not necessarily easy. It would be great if there was something that followed the BFL journal, but allowed for changes, as I am doing 4 cardio and 2 lifting per week instead of 3 and 3. It would be nice if it did planned and allowed us to print it, then we could write everything down and enter it. It needs to do workout, food, power mind set, goals, journey to success, dream list, measurements, body fat, and weight. It also needs comprehensive reports ...

Cannot download I have been having trouble downloading programs including Now Youre Cooking. It looked to be a very worth while software program to use, but I have not yet been able to download anything so I cannot say anything about the features of it.

Great Program I have been playing with this program for a few hours now and I like what I see, I wanted something that could generate shopping lists form menus this does it nicely.I also like the fact that I can plan my menus simply, it includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. It would be great if we could have another field where we could imput other grocery item that are not food into the shopping list.

Now You`re Cooking So far, I've found this program pretty easy to use. I like the multiple features, like being able to put together a menu for the week, print a shopping list (aisle by aisle) and have the prices, too. I've found inputting the recipes quite easy. What the program lacks in instruction it excels in ease of use.

Although it says it works with MAC it does not so download failed.

Not quite what I`m looking for Hi, I'm basically looking for a good pantry/kitchen inventory keeper. Something that has stock on hand for each food item, keeps them in categories, possibly keeps storage place (i.e. fridge, freezer, shelf, etc.), and most importantly keeps the expiry date for the item. If you could run a report on what's about to expire, then you can plan menus to use that food more efficiently. I've been searching for months for an access template, and I've branched out to seek recipe databases, but haven't found anything, yet. Maybe I should just make my own.

Couldn`t Install I tried several times to install this software to check it our but was unable to do so. I am rating it POOR across the board since I could not install it.

I think it is a below average program. Without the inbuilt food database, who will take the headache of putting in 100's of dishes manually. I better use excel rather than using this program
